Situated on a farm in the heart of North Devon in the beautiful Taw Valley. It is within easy access to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks as well as all of North Devon s attractions and beaches. Exploring on foot or by pedal there are some great options nearby. Hire a bike and set off from Barnstaple on the Tarka Trail 30 miles of cycle and walking track which takes you through canopy covered paths along the Torridge River and on past the estuary beach at Instow. A must visit is to the stunning RHS Rosemoor it s a wonderful day out for all the family with great emphasis on involving children in fun workshops and activities throughout the holiday periods. Many other opportunities for family fun days out are Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Exmoor Zoo Ilfracombe Sea Safari and a day trip to the enchanting Lundy Island. On entering the property off the hallway you will find ample room for shoes and coats in the cupboard under the stairs there is also a separate downstairs WC. Off to the left you enter the spacious well-equipped kitchen/diner the kitchen offers two electric ovens and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
