The village of Tedburn St Mary is a quiet village with two pubs including the 16th century Kings Arms a traditional thatched inn. Keen walkers will want to make the most of the property s proximity to the rugged beauty of Dartmoor whilst those who like to explore new cities will enjoy a visit to the historic town of Exeter which is just seven miles east of the property and offers a range of shops eateries and is of course home to its handsome cathedral. A flight of stone steps lead to the side entrance of this property the village s original schoolhouse which is located in the shadow of the village s church. Guests enter straight into the property s tastefully styled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
