The property is located in the quiet seaside village of Gorran Haven and is just a short drive from many of Cornwall s top attractions including The Lost Gardens of Heligan The Eden Project and Caerhayes Castle. Surrounded by picturesque countryside and a dramatic coastline it is a must for all outdoor enthusiasts with an abundance of countryside and cliff top walks nearby. The surrounding area is full of interesting harbour towns and villages including Mevagissey and Charlestown which is known for being the filming location of the TV series Poldark and has an interesting shipwreck museum and tall ships moored in the harbour. This spacious apartment is attached to the main house. The lounge diner is a comfortable place in which to relax located on the first-floor and has a TV DVD and digital radio. The dining table here seats four and there is additional seating on the glass-fronted balcony which is accessed from the lounge area. The property s kitchen is on the ground floor and is equipped with an oven fridge small freezer and microwave. Laundry service by arrangement with the owner. The bedroom is located on the first-floor and has a king-size bed as well as an additional single. It is a welcoming and relaxing room with plenty of space for three people and benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC. Outside the property as well as the first-floor balcony which provides the perfect space for alfresco dining there is also a grass seating area with garden furniture bordered by greenery. There is parking provided on a private drive.
