This property is located in the beautiful village of St Agnes a perfect spot for holidaying in Cornwall. St Agnes is an unspoilt village and thriving seaside community with many independent shops pubs serving local produce and ales and four stunning beaches. A short drive away there are many more beaches in towns such as Perranporth and Portreath as well as the towns of Newquay with its surf schools bars and restaurants and St Ives with its pretty harbour boutique shops and Tate gallery. This detached dormer bungalow is light spacious and airy as guests will see as soon as they enter the lounge with its central wood burner TV and DVD. Doors from the lounge lead to the large sun-filled conservatory/diner which also houses the fridge/freezer tumble dryer and washing machine. The contemporary kitchen has everything guests will need including a hob double oven fridge dishwasher and microwave. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor: a double a twin and a bunk bedroom. The main bathroom is also downstairs with a bath separate wet room area and WC. The master bedroom which enjoys far-reaching views out to sea is located on the first floor a spacious double with en-suite shower and WC. Outside the property enjoys a large enclosed garden with sea views which is set mainly to lawn with a patioed seating area and BBQ. There is driveway parking to the front of the property.
