This cosy holiday property offers comfortable accommodation and scenic countryside views all set within a busy working farm. There is much to see in the area including several family beaches quiet coves and quaint fishing villages all within a 30-minute car journey. Guests can take a day trip to either the Cathedral city of Exeter or Plymouth with their shops restaurants cafés and many places of interest. Fingle Glen golf course is nearby for keen golfers to enjoy and hikers can take the car to explore Dartmoor with its many walks and dramatic scenery. There are also several National Trust properties in the area such as Bickleigh Mill and make for an enjoyable day out for all the family. Inside the annexe has an open plan layout featuring a lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable sofa cabinet coffee table a TV and DVD player. The dining area has a breakfast bar with two stools and a dining table with seating for two people ideal for a romantic meal with your partner during your stay. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and a washing machine. There is one king-size bedroom which is light and airy with a chest of drawers and two bed-side tables as well as an en-suite shower room and WC. Outside the property has a large garden with a BBQ and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There is also outdoor seating for guests to relax and enjoy the summer evenings.
