About Perranporth (1ml S) Holiday Cottage
Though the cottage is found in a remote setting it is also only just two miles away from the nearest shop and pub in Goonhavern. The coastal town of Perranporth is also just two miles to the west and is home to a challenging golf course and a choice of shops pubs and restaurants. Its main attraction however has to be its beach: three miles of golden sand perfect for both sunbathing and surfing. St Agnes is another beautiful coastal village situated close by rich in tin mining history while the entire coastline can be explored thanks to the South West Coast Path. Furnished and equipped to a high standard this property retains many original features throughout including wooden ceiling beams exposed stone walls and slate flooring. When guests enter the property they will be greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which makes for a wonderful social space. Comfortable furniture is arranged in the lounge area around the TV/DVD and fireplace with the dining area found immediately behind it. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing a variety of meals and has an integrated oven and hob fridge dishwasher microwave and washer/dryer. Stairs lead from the kitchen area up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms as well as a bathroom. Both bedrooms contain a double bed while one of the bedrooms also has an additional single bed making it a triple bedroom. The family-style bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside of the property there are lawns and seating shared with the other properties in the courtyard. A reserved parking space for one car is also available. Guests will also find an indoor and outdoor children s play area within walking distance perfect for the little ones.
