This property is one of three in the complex and is a short stroll from the sandy beach and ideally placed for shops pubs cliff-top walks and the beautiful coastline. Portreath is perfect for enjoying Cornwall s many delights and there are a host of popular attractions within a short drive including the Eden Project Land s End Tate St Ives Flambards Theme Park and much more. There are some lovely towns and fishing villages nearby including Padstow Rock Falmouth and the county town of Truro which has a range of restaurants shops and other leisure facilities. In the evenings enjoy the pubs on your doorstep or relax with a drink on the seating at the front of the property with lovely views. This property is arranged over three floors. On entering the ground floor offers two snug and cosy bedrooms: one double and one single with en-suite shower room and WC. Moving upstairs to the first floor you will find the main living areas. The spacious and welcoming lounge is the perfect place to relax with spectacular sea views as well as a TV and DVD. The traditional dining room is snug and attractive with patio doors leading out to a balcony where you can again enjoy the beautiful views. Moving into the stylish and attractively designed kitchen you will find everything you may need including an oven dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and microwave. The first floor also has a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC. Heading up to the second floor you will find two more bedrooms both zip-and-link doubles which can be made into twins upon request. This floor also has also a shower room with WC. Heading outside you can unwind in a delightful area at the front of the property with seating and BBQ. There is garage parking for available for one small car with two further spaces available.
