This delightful property is close to Mount Hawke a village which retains a traditional Cornish atmosphere and views over to the St Agnes Beacon can be seen from the upper floor. Porthtowan Portreath and St Agnes are all just a short drive away with their glorious sandy beaches superb coastal walks and numerous places to eat and drink. Slightly further afield but still within an easy drive are places such as Perranporth Truro and Falmouth. On entering this property you will find yourself in the traditional farmhouse kitchen / dining room with its charming exposed beams. You will find everything you are likely to need during your stay including an electric range oven microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Leading to the spacious lounge with its cosy wood burner effect electric fire TV/DVD hi-fi and selection of books and board games. Going upstairs you will find three double and airy bedrooms with far-reaching sea views: one double bedroom and two twins. There is also a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside you can relax in the fully enclosed rear lawn area complete with garden furniture and BBQ. There are beautiful countryside views to enjoy and plenty of space to sit back and relax in.
