This property is located in a quiet farmland location with scenic walks to be enjoyed directly from the property s front door including an enjoyable walk which brings guests to the neighbouring village of Newton Tracey with its well-regarded pub. For many a trip to the West Country would be incomplete without a day or two spent at the beach and the 2 mile stretch of sandy beach at Westward Ho! is just a fifteen minute drive from the property whilst the popular resorts of Croyde and Saunton Sands are slightly further afield whilst still being within easy access. Those who enjoy exploring local towns will love the fact that the town of Barnstaple is just four miles away with its range of shops bars and restaurants as well as a theatre and cinema. This property is one of three converted barns situated on the owner s working farm. On entering the property guests come directly to the spacious open-plan lounge/diner where a double-height central area adds to the sense of space and light. The bathroom is a relaxing space with a spa bath with shower over and a WC. There is also a handy WC on the ground floor of the property. Outside there is a private enclosed patio to the rear of the property with outdoor seating and a BBQ whilst there is a spacious shared lawn available for guests to use as well as a children s play area with a trampoline slide and swings. Guests are also welcome to explore the farm which includes a nature trail which leads down to a small river. The resident animals are always popular with guests who may like to feed the ducks or to make arrangements to see the owner s horses. A welcome addition for younger guests is the communal games room where guests will find plenty to keep themselves entertained including a pool table air hockey and a selection of toys.
