It enjoys spectacular views over the world renowned Fistral beach 3 minutes walk away. The popular town of Newquay is within walking distance and offers a wealth of attractions including an aquarium cinema shops pubs and restaurants. This property has superb views across Newquay s 18 hole golf course and towards the Atlantic Ocean. The beautiful sandy beaches of Crantock and Lusty Glaze are close by and Jamie Oliver s Fifteen restaurant at Watergate Bay is easily accessible. For day trips The Eden Project numerous National Trust properties and gardens Lands End Tintagel and Padstow are all easily reached. In the evenings guests can enjoy Newquay s bustling nightlife or simply relax watching the sunset or perhaps have a BBQ in the south-facing garden. Lounge/diner: on the first floor with gas fire 40 flatscreen TV DVD hi-fi leather sofas and french doors opening to the Juliet balcony giving uninterrupted sea views. Kitchen: with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Utility room: large and located on the ground floor with freezer and fridge washer/dryer sink and good storage hallway leading to coat cupboard. Outside: enclosed south-facing garden with seating and BBQ.

Location: beach restaurants golf course shops cafes and pubs all within walking distance. Riding 1 mile and airport 20 minutes. Arrival: 3pm.
